We are looking for a dedicated and experienced CNC service technician for our client based in GTA. Company is offering competable pay, learning opportunity from US vist and joining bonus or referal bonus too.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Service Technician based in Toronto, ON. The CNC Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery at client facilities. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and providing high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to assist with field service work and support clients with machine operation improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience and proficiency in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Troubleshooting tasks
  • Hands-on skills in Field Service operations and on-site machinery repair
  • Strong Customer Service capabilities with effective communication
  • Technical knowledge of CNC machinery and relevant safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in CNC machinery servicing or related industries is advantageous
