- Responsibilities: _
- Preparing conceptual development sketches, site plans, subdivision plans, and other visual materials including but not limited to 3D Massing Models, shadow studies, view-shed analyses and realistic renderings.
- Assisting in preparing report figures, graphics, and exhibits in support of planning reports, urban design briefs, presentations, and tribunal hearings, etc.
- Exposure to a wide variety of urban design and land use planning projects.

- Requirements: _
- A related degree or diploma from a recognized college or university program;
- A portfolio illustrating computer drafting skills and design creativity;
- Experience in a planning, urban design, computer graphics or similar work environment;
- Proficiency with AutoCAD (release 2018 or later);
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign;
- Experience using Google Sketchup or other 3D Rendering Software;
- Knowledge of Site Plan, Subdivision, and architectural design is an asset;
- Membership in CACPT and/or other professional organizations is preferred.
