**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an accomplished Business systems Analyst to join our Business Technology team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

The Business Systems Analyst reports to Business Technology Manager and supports Business Technology Team.

Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: To design, implement, rollout and support intelligence and reporting across our cutting-edge solutions. Delivering insights and metrics across our technologies for fund administration, middle office, fiduciary, treasury and regulatory business lines globally.

Providing a central point of expertise within the Business Technology analyst team to capture business requirements from our internal and external clients to design, test and deliver market leading and impactful intelligence and reporting.

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to make a significant impact in an agile environment by leveraging experience with PowerBi and SQL. As part of our Montreal team you will:
- Identify opportunities for automating and improving existing processes- Collaborate with other teams to improve data quality at the source- Guide the development of data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of the data- Collect requirements from internal stakeholders for new reports- Design and create insightful reports and visuals that will support business decisions- Build documentation for existing reports that will help cross-functional partners

**What You Bring**- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, business analysis or related field.- Good, demonstrable experience with SQL- Experience with visualization tools (preferable Power BI)- Excel skills- Good math skills and understanding of various financial concepts- Experience in maintaining effective relationships with cross-functional teams- Positive attitude- Ability to suggest and implement new and better ways to work
