**Business Analyst**

Our Business Analyst is responsible for collaborating with both office and plant departments to identify technological needs and business requirements. The Analyst will translate these requirements into technical specifications and operational plans, while managing the project components through to successful completion. Responsibilities also include documentation, continuous communication with stakeholders and the IS Team, project planning, allocating resources, and implementation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and understand business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and operational plans.
- Manage project components from inception to completion.
- Document project requirements, processes, and outcomes.
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders and the IS Team.
- Plan projects, allocate resources, and ensure timely implementation.
- Provide detailed estimates for project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related technical field.
- PMP designation would be an asset.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within timelines and budgets.
- Strong analyst skills with a focus on gathering and understanding requirements.
- Ability to define clear development specifications from requirements.
- Knowledge of web and client/server architectures, database and query design, and general software development practices.
- Experience with.NET, ASP.NET, C#, or VB, SQL Server, DB2, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is preferred.
