**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, backhoes, bulldozers, and loaders to perform tasks including digging, grading, and moving materials.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality before use.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including lubrication and minor repairs, to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and any maintenance performed.
- Assist in training new operators on safe equipment operation practices.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in backhoe operation, loader operation, bulldozing, and farm machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues that may arise during operation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to heavy equipment operation are advantageous.

Pay: $28.50-$35.00 per hour
