- **You will be accountable for**:_
- Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-up customers.
- Determining and identifying car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.
- Translating customer
- reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Ensuring that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.
- Invoicing and collecting payment from customers for services rendered.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services.
- Maintaining customer records and entering data into computer databases.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.
- **One or more years of experience as a Service Advisor with Customer Service Expertise in the automotive industry** **is a** **must**
- DMS experience, specifically PBS is considered an asset.
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management.
- Strong computer skills.

Salary Rate**:$ 36.12** per hour

Work hours**:7:30am - 4:30pm**
