Physicians will focus on diagnostics, image-guided and surgical procedures, and team-based care without the overhead or unpredictability of hospital work.

**Compensation & Perks**:
$2,500 to $4,500 per day (annual range: $600K to $900K+)

Profit-sharing and equity partnership opportunities

Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 (no evenings, weekends, or call)

Training and mentorship provided if required

Accredited private surgical and imaging facilities on site

**Practice Setting**

**VTC Calgary**:our flagship location with advanced imaging, treatment rooms, and OR

Collaborative environment with surgeons, internists, GPs, and nursing staff

**Model**:Private model supported by insured diagnostic services

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose venous disorders using ultrasound and clinical acumen
- Perform ultrasound-guided and surgical treatments (e.g., EVLT, phlebectomy, sclerotherapy)
- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Contribute to process improvement, quality standards, and patient experience

**We’re looking for a physician with**:

- Specialty training and AHS billing eligibility (e.g., Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, Internal Medicine with Vascular focus)
- A genuine interest in venous disease and procedural outpatient medicine
- A thoughtful, efficient, and patient-focused clinical style
- Procedural confidence, especially in mínimally invasive techniques
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help shape clinic growth

**How to Apply**

Pay: $600,000.00-$900,000.00 per year
