‪**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner. This includes processing new hire paperwork, reviewing and verifying employment eligibility documents, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and external vendors. This includes working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet recruiting needs, building relationships with external vendors and recruitment partners, and representing the organization in a positive and professional manner.

‪**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Working toward CHRP designation
- Bachelor Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Meticulous record-keeping, report writing and observation skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional judgment, common sense, and decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

**Salary**: $32,623.38-$55,000.00 per year
