**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify client needs and provide customized FX solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for FX clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

FX Trading & Execution
- Execute FX trades efficiently and within approved risk limits.
- Monitor market trends and provide clients with regular updates and advice on FX strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement.

Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the FX client base.
- Build a pipeline of prospective clients by leveraging industry contacts, networking, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing clients to showcase the company’s FX capabilities.

Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Monitor client transactions to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Work with the compliance team to ensure proper KYC and AML protocols are followed.

Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FX trading, sales, or relationship management.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of FX markets, trading platforms, and risk management practices.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- **Certifications (preferred)**: CFA, ACI, or any relevant financial certification.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and trading tools.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Increase in trading volumes and revenue.
- Retention and growth of the client base.
- Timely resolution of client issues and inquiries.
- Adherence to compliance and risk management policies.

Pay: $68,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
