**Role: Inside Customer Service Associate**
**About the opportunity**
This a full-time role that is based in St. George, ON.
**Responsibilities**
- **Order Processing**: Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Order Confirmation**. Send order confirmations to customers, including details like order number, items, pricing, and estimated delivery dates.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to help customers with accurate and relevant information.
- **Account Management**: Assist customers with managing their accounts, including account setup, updating details, and troubleshooting account-related issues.
- **Sales Support**: Aid the sales team in the launch and management of booking programs for all brands.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with colleagues and departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
**Qualifications/skills**
- **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a related field is required.
**Office Software**: Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
- **CRM Platform Experience**: Develop deep knowledge of CRM and eCommerce platforms (NetSuite, SPS, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, LiveChat).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers clearly and effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, offering solutions that satisfy customers
- **Education**: Post-secondary education is preferred, though not required, for this role.
