**Fitness Equipment Technician**

We are looking for a full-time fitness equipment technician to join our team

Job Detials:
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fitness equipment reported by clients or identified during routine inspections.
- Perform on-site repairs and maintenance for commercial and residential fitness equipment.
- Order and replace defective parts to complete repairs.
- Follow company guidelines and safety procedures to ensure all repairs are conducted in a secure and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering clients' questions and offering expert advice on equipment maintenance.
- Keep detailed records of all repairs, parts ordered, and service calls.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fitness Equipment Repair Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various fitness equipment brands and models.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Familiarity with using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical training in fitness equipment repair is a plus.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
