**Appliance Technician - No Experience Needed - Commission-Based Position**

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated **Appliance Technicians** to join our team Whether you have prior experience or not, we provide **paid training** to ensure you succeed in this **commission-based** role. **Locations Hiring**:
Markham, Mississauga, Oakville, Hamilton, Vaughan, Newmarket, Milton, Burlington, Brampton, Stouffville, Bradford, Barrie, and many more

**Schedule**:

- 5 days a week (including 1 weekend day, Monday-Sunday)

**Your Role**:
As an **Appliance Technician**, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and installing appliances. You’ll also be expected to engage with customers, explaining repair processes and offering services that may suit their needs.
- **Essential Requirement**: You must have a **valid driver’s license** and own a vehicle (this is a mobile role, so your car is essential).
- **Sales are Key** - As part of your role, you’ll have opportunities to sell additional services and products to customers.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose appliance issues using technical manuals and tools.
- Perform repairs on a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more.
- Assemble and install new appliances according to manufacturer specifications.
- Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs, processes, and offering helpful recommendations.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance in all repairs and installations.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- No prior experience required—**paid training** will be provided.
- Ability to diagnose faults and repair appliances effectively.
- Knowledge of electrical appliances and components is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a strong driving knowledge of the **GTA (Greater Toronto Area)**.
- **Sales experience** is beneficial as upselling services and parts is an important part of the role.
- Must have a **valid driver’s license** and a **vehicle**.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in **English** (speaking, reading, and writing).
- **No certifications required**, but experience in appliance repairs or technical roles is a plus.
