- Bring forward analysis and synthesis techniques as well as user-centred/ human-centred practices that are appropriate for the modernization effort.
- Find and recruit a broad range of research participants that reflect the diversity, circumstances, and backgrounds of the actual users.
- Coordinate processes to ensure continued assurance, improvement, and innovation in user research work. This effort includes a range of user research activities that aligns with the program roadmap to uncover the needs of internal and external users.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the voice of the users is understood and incorporated into all products and services, while keeping pace with the agile practices and cadences.
- Work with colleagues to analyze and synthesize research data to uncover key insights, themes, and patterns, and transform the research results / findings into user stories that communicate user needs and actionable guidance.?
- Help to define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for products and services based on user research and understanding of operational, policy, and legislative needs.
- Compile the complete set of research findings and research artifacts and provide those in a format that can be shared and referenced later.
- Assist with the testing of products and services as they are created and enhanced.
