Since 1998, LGM has been successfully supplying quality products backed by leading training and now supports over 1,200 Canadian franchised new car dealerships. Dealer partnerships are complimented with the strong backing and support of their Canadian automotive manufacturing brands, which include Volvo, BMW, MINI, Kia, Mazda, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Mitsubishi. LGM develops solutions that are win-win for all stakeholders including consumers, dealers, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and underwriters. Claims processes are structured to be fair and fast, a refreshing approach for consumers and dealer service departments. LGM has also created state-of-the-art software (HUB) which is effectively a core insurance platform and its primary delivery channel to streamline sales and remittance processes.

***THE OPPORTUNITY EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE
- Finance is instrumental in all respects of LGM’s operations and strategic direction, including the successful achievement of our vision: Responsible Mobility for All. Reporting to and partnering with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board of Directors, the EVP, Finance will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial strategy of LGM Financial Services Inc. The Executive Vice President (EVP), Finance is responsible for company-wide leadership and strategy along with oversight of actuarial services, corporate insurance, cash and investment management, timely and accurate financial reporting, financial analysis, company financial planning, budgets, payroll, accounting and tax functions, audit and ensuring company accounting procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP/ASPE). The EVP, Finance is expected to provide the Senior Leadership team with insights regarding financial issues that might affect operations and growth as well aschampion the organizations’ social purpose and vision for Responsible Mobility for All both internally and externally.

**_ Key Responsibilities _**:
The EVP, Finance will:
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement long term and short-term strategic plans and objectives.
- Support the senior leadership team by providing regular financial updates and rolling forecasts to navigate business performance and business action plans, sustaining positive cash flow and EBITDA.
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and upcoming business opportunities.
- Evaluate and advise the senior leadership team of financial implications and insights associated with long-range planning and projects, introduction of new programs/products and strategies.
