**Location: Port Hope, ON [Northumberland County]**Are you an experienced professional in landscape construction and maintenance with a keen eye for detail and strong project coordination skills? Howes Your Yard Inc. is looking for a dedicated **Estimator/Project Coordinator** to join our growing team This role involves estimating and coordinating landscape construction and maintenance projects, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality execution.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate estimates for landscape construction and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships for cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of landscape crews to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Assist with recruitment and training of new employees.
- Participate in winter operations coordination, including scheduling and logistics.
- Work in-office and on-site, with a hybrid work-from-home option during winter months.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in landscape/construction project management.
- Strong estimating and cost analysis skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Landscape Management Network (LMN) Software is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary ($60,000 - $70,000) based on experience.
