Calgary, Canada Xyna International School Full time

This is a part-time position 10-15 hours per week.

Days required to work are Saturdays and Sunday.(on call)

Job Duties:

- Report promptly to test venue at agreed time.
- Follow all relevant standards & procedures, based on training and reference materials provided.
- Invigilate examinations to the standard required by the British Council Examinations Service.
- Ensure all material is accounted for and handed over securely to the supervisor.
- Complete and maintain accurate records of exam assignments. Complete all reports, logs and claims accurately as required by Examinations Services.
- Follow all relevant guidelines and Report any incidents, emergencies or breaches of security to the test day supervisor.
- Additional duties in line with the role may be required.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:

- **A valid Driver's License is a must**. **Flexible to travel to Edmonton venues**:

- A competent level of English communication. IELTS / CELPIP certification will be an asset.
- Excellent customer services skill
- Bachelor Degree or more will be preferred.
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Must be team-oriented and should have pleasing personality.
- Familiar and experienced to work with Windows-based computer systems
- Previous experience of administering tests or examinations will also be an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- On call
- Weekends only
