**Responsibilities**:
This position is responsible for providing guidance serving and taking customer orders in person at sales counter in both official languages. This includes; serving customers, taking light calls; correcting invoices; balancing petty cash, insuring mail out; complying with company rules, regulations and policies; and other duties as required.

**Necessary Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 education according to Ontario standards or equivalent;
- Bilingual in French and English (Written & Spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- One or 2 year of community College program;
- Knowledge of Steel Service products an asset
- Original and independent thinking is required to deal with diverse, difficult and complex interpersonal issues.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
