**Role Overview**

The General Manager will be the strategic leader responsible for driving overall business performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth for AMZ Prep Canada. This role requires a comprehensive approach to business management, combining strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Leadership and Business Growth**
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy for AMZ Prep Canada
- Drive overall business performance and achieve key financial objectives
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
- Lead geographic and service expansion initiatives
- Create and implement long-term growth strategies
- Develop new business partnerships and strategic alliances

**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee end-to-end business operations across all departments
- Optimize operational processes and improve organizational efficiency
- Manage and develop a high-performance cross-functional team
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization
- Ensure operational scalability and adaptability

**Warehouse Network and Partner Management**
- Develop and manage a robust warehouse network strategy
- Create and implement comprehensive warehouse selection and onboarding processes
- Establish and enforce performance standards for warehouse partners
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of warehouse partners
- Proactively manage warehouse network capacity and expansion
- Hold partners accountable through detailed performance scorecards

**Financial Management and Performance**
- Monitor and control operational costs
- Analyze financial performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership
- Drive profitability across all operational segments

**Customer Success and Relationship Management**
- Establish and maintain high-level customer relationships
- Ensure exceptional service levels and customer satisfaction
- Manage escalations and critical customer issues
- Conduct strategic customer check-ins and reviews
- Build a customer-centric organizational culture

**Team Leadership and Talent Development**
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across the organization
- Set organizational and individual OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans
- Foster a positive, high-performance work culture
- Provide mentorship and career development opportunities
- Build cross-functional collaboration and communication

**Reporting and Communication**
- Provide comprehensive, data-driven reports to senior management
- Maintain transparent communication across all organizational levels
- Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms
- Communicate strategic initiatives and business performance

**Qualifications**

**Required Experience**
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce
- Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence
- Experience managing complex, multi-location operations
- Strong financial management and strategic planning skills
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and talent developme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
