**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, following food safety guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, including appetizers and salads.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredient levels and notifying management of shortages.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a food service or kitchen environment, preferably as a cook or pizza maker.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
