Shift Leader

**We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated member to join are team.**

This role involves preparing high-quality pizzas and additional menu items, delivering excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook pizzas, as well as other menu items, following company recipes and standards.
- Provide top-notch customer service both in person and over the phone and ensuring customers have a great experience.
- Assist with prep work for daily operations, including chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized.
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines to ensure the highest quality and safety.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a pizza-making or kitchen role is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.
- Must be available to work afternoon including evenings.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
