We are currently seeking a **highly experienced, enthusiastic Agility Trainer** to join our dynamic and passionate team. **About Us**:
All About Dogs is Toronto’s destination for comprehensive canine care. Our state-of-the-art facility features:

- Programs from puppy foundations to advanced competition-level agility
- A strong emphasis on positive reinforcement and consent-based handling
- Group and private training options

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead group agility classes from foundational to competition levels
- Develop and adapt lesson plans based on individual dog-handler needs
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Foster student progression using clear communication and motivation
- Collaborate with our training team to innovate and improve programming
- Support the All About Dogs philosophy and mission in every interaction

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Has **5+ years of agility training experience**:

- Can confidently instruct dogs and handlers in a **group class format**:

- Is **energetic, engaging, and approachable** with clients and dogs
- Embraces **positive reinforcement** and low-pressure, modern training methods
- Has strong communication skills and thrives in a collaborative team setting
- Is adaptable, open to feedback, and genuinely passionate about dog training

Bonus Points For:

- Experience in other dog sports or behavior work
- Credentialed education (e.g., CPDT-KA, KPA, IAABC)
- Experience working in multi-dog facilities or canine enrichment programs
