**Job Summary**:
Lead our commercial flooring projects to success as a Commercial Project Manager. This role demands an individual who can manage large-scale projects, ensuring they meet all requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of commercial flooring projects.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to coordinate project efforts.
- Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry and safety standards.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial project management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of commercial construction processes and regulations.
- Proficient in relevant software (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
