- Stocking bars with glassware, tools and beverages listed on BEO
- Accurately tracking all liquor, wine and beer moved from storage to bars and fridges for event on Inventory Count Sheet
- Extensive knowledge of all liquor, wine and beer offered at MontHill
- Ensuring prompt service to bartenders and guests under your care
- Keeping the bar and back bar stocked and clean at all times
- Assisting the bartenders and serving team in all areas that support a successful shift
- Providing accurate counts of your stock when requested by management
- Arriving 15 minutes before schedule start time to ensure you are clocking in on time at the beginning of your shift
- Must project a professional appearance and attitude
- Maintaining good working relationships with co-workers in all clubhouse departments
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the manager on duty as they arise
- Following all guidelines set forth by Smart Serve Ontario
- Carrying out any other responsibility that may be requested by management
- Abide by Employer’s Policies
- The Employer reserves the right to amend the employee’s duties from time to time

**Banquet Bartenders**
- Greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly manner
- Having complete knowledge of current food and beverage menus
- Extensive knowledge of all liquor, wine and beer offered at MontHill
- Ensure balanced and prompt service to both service bar and guests under your care
- Keeping the bar and back bar stocked and clean at all times
- Providing accurate counts of your stock when requested by management
- Having all tools required for a successful shift on your person at all times (pens, notepads, corkscrew, and a float)
- Must project a professional appearance and attitude
- Maintaining good working relationships with co-workers in all clubhouse departments
- Ensuring members are billed properly for charges which occur from accounts
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the manager on duty, as they arise
- Following all guidelines set forth by Smart Serve Ontario
- Carrying out any other responsibilities that may be requested by management
- Abide by Employer’s Policies
- The Employer reserves the right to amend the employee’s duties from time to time
