## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary dishes are served to our customers.
# Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team in daily food preparation activities
- Create and update menus to meet customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
# Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
- Prep meals for catering
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
