**Position Overview**:
We're excited to offer a Junior Field Technician role at our Toronto branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, and repairing mobile video surveillance towers. Playing a crucial role in our expansion efforts, you'll operate under diverse conditions across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and nearby regions, contributing significantly to the success of our client experience. The Junior Field Technician role involves outdoor work in various settings, including active construction sites, industrial environments, and retail spaces and more. **Key Responsibilities**
- Set up, maintain, upgrade, and repair video surveillance towers at customer locations.
- Work in outdoor environments.
- Respond to service requests promptly.
- Be willing to work overtime when necessary.
- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule.
- Perform tasks in the Shop as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all work and truck inventory.
- Keep work areas and vehicles tidy, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Zedcor’s professional image.
- Safely operate company vehicles and video surveillance trailers.
- Abide by all road safety regulations and keep vehicles up to standard.
- Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as reasonably requested by the Company or Branch Manager

**Qualifications and skills**
- 1+ years of experience installing/servicing video surveillance equipment.
- Basic Knowledge of computer networking (asset).
- Basic understanding of electronics (asset).
- Proficient and safe use of small hand and power tools.
- Advanced computer proficiency alongside outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable working at heights and use of ladders.
- High level of dedication and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective collaborator in team environments
- Self-starter, driven and motivated to work independently with little oversight.
- Valid driver’s licence with 3-year abstract.
- Ability to pass background check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
