**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food handling practices comply with safety regulations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Process payments efficiently while providing excellent customer service during checkout.

**Requirements**:

- Previous restaurant experience is a MUST, with a strong understanding of the food service industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in bartending is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
