**What You'll Do**:

- Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport waste bins, storage containers, and other loads to and from job sites
- Load, secure, and unload containers in compliance with safety and operational standards
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Complete all driving logs, paperwork, and service records accurately and on time
- Follow all local, provincial, and federal transportation laws and regulations
- Maintain professional, timely communication with dispatch, operations, and customers
- Assist with occasional lifting, loading, and on-site support as required
- Contribute to projects that range from waste removal to aggregate, landscaping, and equipment transport

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Valid DZ license (AZ or ARZ an asset)
- Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience in Ontario (roll-off experience required)
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and Commercial Vehicle Driver’s Record (CVDR)
- Knowledge of Ontario traffic laws and best practices for safe commercial driving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Physically fit — comfortable with lifting, loading, and outdoor work
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for communication and logging tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the yard
