At Field Trip Health, our primary focus is Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a combination of Ketamine and Psychotherapy, which has shown to be 70% effective against treatment resistant forms of depression. **Roles and Responsibilities**

The primary responsibility of the Client Care Coordinator is to provide administrative support, program development, answer patient inquiries and book client appointments.

**Care Coordinator Role**
- Conducting initial assessments of clients' situation to determine needs and goals
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional concerns
- Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
- Treat patients with respect and dignity
- Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
- Maintain patient medical records (EMR)
- Clinical assessments such as mental status exam and routine vitals for patients

**Administrative Roles**:

- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and provide input on policies and procedures
- Weekly and monthly reporting on site metrics and needs
- Other Duties as assigned

**Experience**
French considered a strong asset

1+ years experience in the medical field or mental health considered a strong asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical Administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and French (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ottawa, ON K1R 7S8
