**About this role**
We are recruiting for a Billing Coordinator to join our Technology Services at our Burnaby office. Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to assist with effective and efficient operations for our Security, Healthcare, and other Technology teams across the province.

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide consistent and high quality customer service
- Support the team manager and field team
- Triage service requirements with customers
- Coordinate billing with technicians and customers
- Invoice for service billing, ensuring all invoices are accurate, complete and adhere to internal policies; and manage A/R follow-ip
- Process labour and material transfers and corrections to work orders and billing
- Provide data entry into JDE system to track and complete work orders
- Review reports for work in progress (WIP)
- Assist the Service administration team and provide holiday coverage if needed

**Your experience and skills**
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience triaging calls
- Customer service focused and extremely well organized
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Superior written and spoken English communication skills
- Flexible with the proven ability to multitask in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and patient

**Salary range: $48,000-$68,000 per year** plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered. Let's chat throughout the hiring process and determine the best fit.
