Phil's Restaurants in Cochrane is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role demands professionalism, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain high standards in a time demanding environment.
**Position Requirements**:
**Strong Work Ethic**: A commitment to excellence and reliability is imperative.
**Stamina**: Ability to endure long or short shifts in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
**Time Management**: Must work efficiently under time expectations to ensure timely service and clean up.
**Ambition**: A desire to be very proactive and willing to work hard and learn.
**Team Collaboration**: Must work effectively within a team, take direction, and support colleagues during service.
**Stress Resilience**: Ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly and with professionalism and optimism.
**Key Responsibilities**: - Prepare and cook high-quality menu items consistently and efficiently. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. - Follow recipes and guidelines meticulously to ensure the quality of dishes. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and feedback with a positive go-getter approach.

Restaurant hours are 6 am to 3 pm. (No evening shift)
