**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups.
- Develop strategies to grow sales within key accounts by identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage customer orders, ensuring efficient handling from placement to delivery.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery to key accounts.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor key account performance, using sales data and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent ETAC at industry events and trade shows to strengthen client relationships.
- Provide product knowledge and training to key customers.
- Develop strategic plans for managing and growing key accounts.
- Coordinate efforts with teams across locations for smooth service execution.
- Promote ETAC’s brand and explore opportunities to expand into different markets.
- Focus on customer retention through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Prepare reports on key account performance and sales progress.
- Suggest and implement improvements to account management practices.
- Maintain a proactive, customer-first approach in all dealings with key accounts.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education in business, engineering, or relate field is a plus.
- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in account management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of transformer product and the industries we serve.
- Exceptional communication and negotiations skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage high-value accounts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex client needs.
- Proactive and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel for customers visits, industry events, and on-site support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
