**What You’ll Do**:

- Install and replace auto glass on a wide range of makes and models
- Travel between our dealerships in a company-provided vehicle
- Use your precision skills to measure, cut, and fit glass
- Perform repairs and ensure glass installations meet top safety standards
- Keep your tools and workspace organized and in top shape

**What You Bring**:

- **Certification in Windshield Installation** (required)
- Hands-on experience as an Automotive Windshield Installer
- A valid driver’s license & clean abstract - you’ll be on the road
- Solid skills with hand tools and installation techniques
- A self-starter mindset - you’ll be working independently much of the time
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver glass and materials

**Pay is competitive and based on experience.** We offer a positive, professional work environment with opportunities to grow within our expanding group of dealerships.

**This mobile position can be based out of Victoria or Nanaimo.**
