**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and replace automotive glass including windshields, windows, and mirrors.
- Assess damage to glass components and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of broken glass.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns regarding glass repairs.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to glass installation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations.
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
