Techso is continuing its growth and is looking for a DevOps specialist to support the needs of our clients across Canada.
**To excel in this role, you need to**:
Be mobile within the Montreal area to meet with clients as needed.
Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, as these languages are essential for daily communication with colleagues and clients, both in Quebec and across Canada.
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients to configure systems tailored to the specific needs of each project.
Design and implement cloud architectures and infrastructures (AWS, Azure).
Manage deployment, monitoring, and operational maintenance (MCO), including administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical foundation (Git, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
Design and deliver technical training.
Participate in on-call rotations, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level agreed upon with the client.
**Required Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
Strong expertise in Linux environments (Ubuntu, RedHat, Debian).
Solid understanding of cloud platforms and components (AWS and/or Azure).
Proficiency with DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
Hands-on experience with virtualization and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and/or Bash.
Strong interpersonal skills, passion for Ops, and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication skills in both English and French, spoken and written, to interact effectively with diverse clients.
