**Fulfillment Specialist - Spire Mortgage Team (Powered by Mortgage Architects)**

**Location**: In-Office | 807 85th Street SW, Calgary, AB
**Hours**: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Daytime Hours Only
**Pay**: $40,000-$50,000 per year (based on experience) + Bonus Potential

You don’t need mortgage experience to succeed here. You just need **a calm presence, strong attention to detail, and a get-it-done attitude.**

**What You’ll Do**:
Once a mortgage deal is approved, you’re the one who ensures it crosses the finish line.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Tracking live mortgage files and keeping the team in the loop
- Working directly with lenders, clients, and brokers to fulfill outstanding conditions
- Uploading and organizing documents with accuracy and care
- Making sure all deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
- Helping out with client events, renewals, and internal admin support

This role is fast-paced, high-trust, and mission-critical. You’ll be a key support for both our team and our clients.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Obsessed with details—you don’t let things slide
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and cloud-based tools
- Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- Based in Calgary and available to work in-office Monday through Friday
- Bonus if you’ve worked in customer service, admin, or real estate before—but not required

**This Role Isn’t for You If**:

- You prefer to work remotely (this is an **in-office role only**)
- You’re not confident with tech tools like Outlook, Excel, or Google Drive
- You struggle with fast-paced environments or shifting priorities
- You need constant supervision to stay on task
