**Summary**

The **_Branch Supervisor _**is responsible for ensuring that optimal service levels are achieved with Electrozad’s end customers by prioritizing, monitoring and actively engaging the counter sales team in executing daily sales support functions. Oversight of and participation in all aspects of our customer’s counter buying experience including sales, support, quotations, and service. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of the organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behaviour consistent with our core values and supports our strategic plan.

**What you’ll be working on**:

- Establish, communicate, and measure customer service team’s performance expectations and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) leveraging CRM and ERP software tools to align with established business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems. Record purchases, maintain database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Coordinating the logistics of stock transfers, deliveries and processing
- Maintain advanced, up to date working knowledge of Electrozad customer requirements, product lines, distribution methods and delivery requirements.
- Lead day to day activities and allocate department resources to support customer service, sales order management and sales showroom management.
- Engage in sales support activities as required to meet and exceed customer service expectations and to amplify the capabilities of the department. (Prepare quotes, source products, pick orders, enter orders, expedite etc.).
- Establish and maintain a best-in-class sales showroom, ensuring point-of-purchase displays, product inventory and relevant promotions align with customer buying preferences.
- Other duties as required by the organization.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- High School diploma required, however Post-secondary education from a technical program (Electrical, Mechanical discipline) is preferred.
- Five (5) years of electrical industry sales experience.
- Possess the ability to delegate, set expectations and monitor progress of all direct reports.
- Ability to learn the wide range of products and services provided by Electrozad.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand/move for six (6) plus hours per day.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive business information.
- Strong computer skills, including ability to work with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
