Rlc Landscaping

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**: Build and install concrete, stone, and clay segmental pavements, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and driveways.
- **Site Preparation**: Prepare work sites, including excavation, grading, and compaction of materials.
- **Equipment Operation**: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, including compactors, saws, and drills.
- **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
- **Safety**: Follow all workplace safety procedures and participate in pre-job safety meetings.
- **Client Interaction**: Maintain a professional appearance and interact with clients and the public in a courteous manner.
- **Maintenance**: Assist with the maintenance and repair of existing hardscape features as needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Previous experience in hardscape installation, landscape construction, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to learn and grow in the industry is valued.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, standing, kneeling, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence (or higher) is required; clean driving abstract is an asset.
- **Certifications**: ICPI Certified Concrete Paver Installer or NCMA Segmental Retaining Wall Certification is an asset but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills.
