**About the Role**:

- Operate and maintain machinery for installing and servicing irrigation systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize irrigation equipment.
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team on a variety of projects.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Embrace variety—when irrigation work is quiet, you’ll have the chance to operate other machinery and support different projects.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience with irrigation systems (installation, maintenance, or repair).
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks, sites, and weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Physically able to lift to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
- Valid driver’s license (required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
