**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule daily work activities and inspections
- Confirm trades at least one week in advance; adjust for changes as needed
- Visit sites regularly to oversee safety, cleanliness, and progress
- Prepare and submit **daily logs** (photos + written summaries)
- Prepare **weekly site reports** including progress, risks, and material needs
- Requisition materials and supplies when required
- Ensure site health & safety protocols are followed
- Read and reference blueprints/drawings when needed
- Collaborate with project manager/owner to flag delays or quality issues
- Build positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Personable, respectful, and clear communicator
- Extremely reliable and consistent — follows through every time
- Attention to detail and strong note-taking skills
- Not afraid to ask questions or raise flags early
- Familiarity with residential construction and trade sequencing
- Physically able to visit active construction sites

**Contract Details**
- **Pilot Duration**: 30 days (extension or permanent position possible based on performance)
- **Hours**: 30 hours/week, flexible hours with daily site visits.
- **Sites**: 1-2 active residential projects in the Lower Mainland
- **Compensation**: Hourly (negotiable based on experience)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction supervision: 2 years (required)
