**Position**: Versatile Handyperson
**Location**: Penticton

**Job Type**: Part-time

**About Us**:
We are a dynamic and growing operation seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. Our work spans farming, cellar work, and construction projects, providing a unique and varied work environment. We value hard work, flexibility and a can-do attitude.

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Operate tractors and other farm machinery for planting, cultivating, & harvesting crops.
- Perform general cellar work, cleaning, topping barrels, & maintaining equipment.
- Assist with construction projects, such as building, repairing structures, fencing etc.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Take on any task with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

**Requirements that would be an asset**:

- Experience operating farm machinery and performing vineyard tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cellar work.
- Skills in construction, including carpentry, basic plumbing, and general repairs.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Applicant must be able to lift 50lbs+
- Basic verbal Spanish would be an asset
- _Must be legally able to work in Canada and fluent in English_
