**Overview**:
We are seeking qualified Workday HCM Consultants to join our team of experts. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who have deep knowledge of implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. You will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that enhance HR functions across diverse projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and configure Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, and Time Tracking.
- Partner with clients to understand their HR needs and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing Workday HCM deployments.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that align with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Workday HCM certification required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Workday HCM modules.
- Proven track record in HR process optimization and Workday configuration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to work effectively with clients and teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
