**Responsibilities**:
Deploys the Murex test methodology on projects- Coordinate test related activities within Murex project team (covering definition, design, execution and control).- Lead the test management stream and resources. Monitor scope, schedule, and budget of the stream. Monitor and mitigate risks and issues of the stream.- Analyzes the project requirements and planning to design Murex test strategy and plan.- Contribute to the quality risk identification and analysis throughout the project to ensure sufficient and accurate test coverage.- Assesses opportunities and tools for automation; and defines a deployment plan on the project.- Coordinates and drives project test campaigns and report on progress and results.- Performs handover on the project test deliverables to Client and Murex internal teams

Supports and advises the definition of Client global test strategy and plan

Plan and contribute to the MXtest training and knowledge transfer to Murex project team and customers.

Capitalizes and provides project KPI to enhance the Murex test methodology.

Contribute to MXtest product evolution, support best practices elaboration and deployment, proposes and follows on CBRs.

Contribute to presale for Test Engineering domain

Interactions / Collaboration- Project team (Project Manager, Solution Architect, Stream Leads, Team Members): to ensure alignment on, and adhesion to, Murex test strategy.- Client support team at Murex: to ensure project handover of test management artifacts.- MXtest product team: MXtest product corrective maintenance and evolution.- Clients and System Integrator Partners: knowledge transfer and support for test deliverables, test methodology and test execution.

Who you are:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar environment, Client or Vendor side.- Cooperation and cross-functional leadership- Strong communication and presentation skills- Experience in managing contributors and team members- Experience with DevOps, SaaS, CI/CD is a plus- Curiosity and mindset for change management
