**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- **Express Entry Expertise**: You will manage clients through the **Express Entry** program, ensuring their profiles are complete, accurate, and optimized for CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) scores. This includes collecting and verifying documents, keeping client up-to-date through **Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)**. You will monitor Express Entry draws, update profiles as needed, and ensure timely submission of all required documentation, while maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed.
- Prepare and review all immigration forms and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Track and manage multiple client cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is processed efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policies, advising clients on adjustments to their immigration strategies.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices for client management and case processing to enhance overall efficiency.

**Experience**
- **MUST HAVE Proven experience** minimum 1-2 year working in Canadian immigration, specifically with LMIA and Express Entry and PNP Programs.
- Familiarity with other immigration pathways, such as Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP), or work permits, is an asset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in **immigration online platforms**, Microsoft Word, and Excel is essential.
- A background in **client service** is highly desirable to ensure a professional and personable approach to client interactions.

Pay: $16.89-$24.41 per hour
