The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating client immigration cases, ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration policies and procedures. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing documentation, monitoring case progress, and liaising with relevant authorities to ensure successful application outcomes. The Case Manager will also provide clients with regular updates and offer personalized support throughout their immigration process.QualificationsStrong knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and associated documentation processesProficient in client interaction, problem-solving, and managing sensitive information with a high degree of confidentialityExceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple cases effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishFamiliarity with case management software and general office tools such as Microsoft OfficePrevious experience in immigration consultancy or a related field preferredAppropriate education or training in immigration consultancy, legal services, or a related disciplineAbility to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environmentSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesLegal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
