**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, cash handling, and customer service protocols.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Utilize POS systems (Lightspeed) for efficient order processing and cash management.
- Implement training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills in hospitality and food service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and other front-of-house spaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and quality standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance the dining experience.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the front-of-house operations.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and staff training.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant operations as well as fine dining experiences.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and inventory control processes.
- Background in hospitality management or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
