**Overview**
StoryBook Theatre is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee volunteer coordination and ensure smooth audience experiences during performances. This role involves managing front-of-house operations, greeting patrons, and coordinating with production teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist patrons with enthusiasm.
- Train and oversee volunteers for ushering and concession duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the theatre pre
- and post-show.
- Coordinate with Stage Management for theatre operations.
- Manage autograph lines post-performance, if applicable.
- Other duties as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Have customer service experience, ideally with an arts organization.
- Bring leadership experience in team coordination.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer-focused skills.
- Are tech-savvy and adaptable to different systems.

**Duration**
Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Shifts primarily occur in the evenings and on weekends, aligning with performance schedules.
