**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Protect surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Fill, sanding damaged surfaces prior to painting
- Caulk gaps and cracks to ensure a smooth finish
- Complete projects within specified timeframes while maintaining quality standards

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Painter in residential (required) and commercial (not required) settings
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to maneuver ladders and ability to use them well for exterior painting

We offer competitive pay based on proficiency and excellent painting ability/ people skills.

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
