As the Math Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the sound implementation of game math procedures and managing the structure of documentation related to game design and mathematics. You will oversee the development of mathematical properties of casino games, ensuring compliance with gaming laws and coordinating with various departments to ensure the correctness of each game property. YOU WILL:

- Oversee the development of mathematical properties of casino games in the form of paytables, game engine logic and par sheets, as well as revise existing mathematical properties of current games based on player feedback.
- Ensure the accuracy of constructed paytables and game engines by performing simulations; as well as to understand the math parameters and how they compare to other games in our portfolio.
- Ensure the design of existing or future products comply with the gaming laws in various jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with game designers to develop game characteristics such as the frequency of special features, bonuses and free spins, as well as the QA team to produce test cases ensuring the correctness of each game property.
- Manage the structure of documentation related to game design and mathematics, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
- Provide analysis and prompt solution to any mathematical problems that may arise in a customer location.

ESSENTIALS:

- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
- You have five or more years of experience in slot game math design.
- You are results focused and reliable; always maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and customer service.
- Strong MS Excel skills to create and adapt large and complex spreadsheets.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to solve a variety of problems in an accurate and timely manner.
- You can work in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.
