Acupuncture Provider

**A to Z Fertility is seeking two (2) acupuncture providers to join our growing clinic team serving patients at the Hannam Fertility Centre’s locations in Toronto and Ottawa, respectively.**

Our wellness team provides evidence-based diet and lifestyle recommendations and acupuncture treatments to active Hannam Fertility patients pursuing egg and/or embryo freezing, in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intrauterine insemination (IUI). We are currently seeking licensed acupuncture providers specifically.

**Job Type**: Part-time
- Toronto Location: weekly on Saturdays
- Ottawa Location: flexible, including Saturdays

Practitioner Requirements:

- a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) or Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (RTCMP) registration with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners & Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) in good standing
- Proof of valid liability/malpractice insurance
- CPR certification: Health Care Provider level C
- Exhibit a strong interest in evidence-based, patient-centred practice in fertility care
- Demonstrate excellent rapport-building, team work, verbal and written communication skills with patients and to work in conjunction with physicians, nurses, and other staff members of the Hannam Fertility Centre
- English and French language skills are an asset, especially for Ottawa location

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Follows standard quality, safety, environmental and infection control policies and procedures as set by their regulatory body and adheres to HIPAA/PIPEDA
- Utilizes A to Z Fertility acupuncture protocols when treating patients
- Maintains detailed and complete healthcare records on our EMR system
- Strong rapport-building skills and ability to quickly establish a clinical relationship with your patients

- Online booking, EHR and billing/payment system through Jane App
- Virtual patient care coordinator support at Toronto & Ottawa locations
- Fully furnished treatment rooms including table and gowns
- Acupuncture supplies including needles and basic medical supplies

**Salary**: Up to $95.00 per hour
