**Altech Monitoring Station** - We are multilingual and a trusted leader in security and monitoring services. We’re hiring a **Trilingual Operator (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle calls in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Monitor alarms/surveillance and dispatch as needed
- Keep accurate reports and provide great customer service

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate; shift work required
- Customer service, security, or call center experience an asset

**Growth**
Opportunities to advance to Scheduler, Supervisor, or Management roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
